Embodied Ayurveda: Living Ayurveda Through the Body
An Ayurvedic Practice for a Steadier, More Regulated Life
What does it mean to feel grounded—not just mentally, but in the body?
In this movement-led, experiential class, we’ll explore simple Ayurvedic practices to help you cultivate steadiness, warmth, and ease. Rather than just learning about Vata—the Ayurvedic principle associated with movement and change—you’ll experience how to work directly with your body to feel more settled, present, and resilient.
Through accessible standing and seated movement, breath, sensory awareness, and gentle self-touch at marma points, we’ll bring attention to the feet, lower body, and the rhythms that help us settle. Movement forms the heart of the session, with time for guided rest and integration.
You’ll leave with a short practice you can return to in daily life, along with a class-specific take-home kit and practice card.
Led by Stephenie Going, Ayurvedic practitioner and founder of Conscious Nectar. No previous experience with Ayurveda, yoga, or qigong is needed. Come in comfortable clothing that allows you to move.
